Who Am I?

Hello, I’m Dr. Meg! I’m passionate about serving others and connecting with my patients by providing high quality care as a physical therapist. I strive to know you, your body and your goals so I can help you live your life to the fullest! I became a physical therapist because I wanted to help people and change their lives for the better.

I grew up in Willard, OH and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Findlay with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. I recently moved to Shelbyville, Kentucky with my husband, Adam, and I am excited to be a part of this community!

When I am not treating patients, I enjoy swing dancing, CrossFit, hiking/kayaking, playing the piano, yoga and traveling, as well as being involved in my church. I’m also a coffee and cold brew aficionado.

    MY MISSION

I believe the Lord made our bodies to move and move well! My mission is to help active and busy people take control of their health, reduce their pain and return to the activities they enjoy. My desire is to serve others with high quality one-on-one care while offering flexible scheduling times and locations. I am committed to providing individualized and custom treatment tailored to my patients’ specific needs that address the primary root cause of dysfunction.

    Patient Reviews

"Meg is great!! She cares about her patients and asks questions to help make sure she’s able to provide the best treatment for healing. Since I’m a busy mom, she's been able to work with me at my house and at my gym. I'm so thankful for her! She’s helped my quality of life so that I’m
able to keep moving!! Meg has also been able to help
my husband and my 10 year old son."
"Meg! My knee is SO much better! I can't believe I've put this off for so long! I think I feared I couldn't be helped and would end up with knee surgery or something. I can rub my knee without any pain
in the first time in months!"
"My nurse practitioner referred me to PT and I decided to see Meg. She was able to see me very soon after I initially reached out. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting me back to 100%. She never rushes through appointments and focuses on resolving the problem rather than a band-aid solution."
